My friend Brooke posted a great Mary Cassatt picture on her blog. After viewing hers, I felt I had to share my favorite Cassatt painting. The picture above is entitled Breakfast in Bed. At one point I had a copy of this and was going to have it framed. Unfortunately it was bent beyond all recognition and it ended up in the trash. But I digress. The reason I loved this picture is that it is my life. Yes, I love you. Yes, I will feed you. But am I happy to be awake? No. Come back at 10.
